Terms & Conditions for Delivery option

Available for delivery to addresses inside San Francisco city limits only. Someone must be present to receive the delivery, including a doorman or concierge. Same day delivery is limited to daily availability. In the case that we can not deliver the order on the desired day and time, the bakery will contact you. No deliveries on Mondays. Deliveries only available during business hours and the earliest time of arrival is noon.

Terms & Conditions for shipping area

We ship perishable items only to CA, WA, and OR addresses. We do everything in our power to ship the cakes in perfect condition. However, since we use a third party company to deliver our product, we can not guaranty that the cake will arrive in perfect condition. The bakery is not responsible for damaged or improperly handled shipments. Orders are not shipped on Fridays and will not be delivered on a weekend day.
