When you order products from Le Marcel Specialty Bakery for Dogs you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. The freshness of the product will be just as if you had come to one of our boutiques. We carefully pack your purchased items so that they will reach you intact.
Shipping options:
- Standard overnight: next business day.
- 2 business days: 2 business days.
- Standard: 5-7 business days.
We ship from Monday through Thursday for perishable items and Monday through Friday for all other goods.
Perishables
Please note that for all perishable items, we highly recommend to ship STANDARD OVERNIGHT (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition.
From October to May (winter time), you can ship 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
Return policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product received for any reason, contact us at [email protected] with your intentions, then return it in its original packaging and we will refund the cost. If no contact is made before the return is sent, your return may not be processed. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Unfortunately, due to health restrictions and regulations, we are not able to accept returns of any edible goods.
