Carob Beagle Bagel

Carob looks and smells deceivingly like the doggie-dreaded chocolate, but it is actually the canine equivalent to a multi-vitamin. These bagels are made with carob dough and topped with melted carob, then sprinkled with more carob and a bit of peanuts and coconut.
